Northland's Garden Gala is back!

Take a trip to Wonderland at the Garden Gala 2025: Down the Rabbit Hole presented by UPMC and UPMC Health Plan on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at Northland Public Library. The Foundation's annual, over-21 fundraiser will again feature food samples, beverages, live entertainment, silent auction, and more throughout the Library and in the Learning Garden with a new Alice in Wonderland theme this year.

Honorary Chair Daisy Jade, host of Fan N’ATion and a reporter on KDKA’s Pittsburgh Today Live, returns to light up the Gala with her big smile and energy! Wine expert David Fortunato will also be returning as the Gala Sommelier to offer excellent information about a few personally-selected wines.

You won't be hungry or thirsty at the Garden Gala! Sample dozens of delicious offerings from local restaurants and caterers along with tastes of spirits, fine wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Guests who opt for the VIP ticket will enjoy early entry at 6:30 p.m., hand-passed hors d'oeuvres, a swag bag of gifts, and prime parking, courtesy of the Gala's VIP sponsor, Strassburger, McKenna, Gutnick & Gefsky.

Lucky Sign Spirits will be crafting creative literary cocktails again this year courtesy of Bar Sponsor AOM Consultants LLC. New entertainment for 2025 includes costumed characters and croquet in the Learning Garden! In addition, Magician Steve Haberman will delight guests with his amazing and humorous strolling magic, mentalism and sleight of hand.  Steve is an expert at presenting high-energy close-up magic that will "take you down the rabbit hole!"

With limited parking at the Library due to construction, Baierl Acura has graciously sponsored a shuttle bus to safely transport guests around the parking lot and to the overflow parking location.

VIP tickets cost $125 per person. General admission tickets are $75 each.

All Gala proceeds enable the Northland Public Library Foundation to provide critical support for library programs and services. Your support truly makes a difference in the lives of the more than 90,000 residents directly served by Northland, the second-largest library in Allegheny County.
