Holiday Gifts for Book Lovers
A fundraiser in support of Northland Public Library
For the second year in a row, Northland Public Library Foundation has partnered with some of our favorite local businesses to offer unique gifts this holiday season! Choose from literary-themed candles, friendship bracelets, a special coffee mug package, and Blind Dates with a Book.
At least 50% of the proceeds of each purchase directly benefit Northland Public Library.
Blind Date with a Book
Order a gift-wrapped book in the genre of your choice. Choose from contemporary fiction, historical fiction, mystery/thriller, non-fiction, romance, cookbook, and young adult (ages 6-12).
Each package also includes a magnetic bookmark, pen, Northland sticker, hot cocoa packet, and peppermint spoon.
$15 each.
Coffee Mug
Get ready to celebrate Commonplace Coffee's new cafe at the Library with a limited-edition Northland x Commonplace coffee mug and a $5 Commonplace Coffee gift card. $15 each.
Friendship Bracelets
Embrace your Reading Era with a set of three library-themed friendship bracelets in a small gift bag. $5 for a set of 3 bracelets.
Candles
Order unique handmade candles inspired by some of your favorite books and made right here in Pittsburgh by North Ave Candles. Each holiday candle comes with a crackling wood wick and a gift box with matching front label and a Victorian-inspired side label detailing candle information and scent notes. Each candle is 12 oz. (70 burn hours) and costs $25.

The Nutcracker. E.T.A. Hoffmann’s enchanting tale is the inspiration behind this delicious blend of roasted chestnut, hazelnut and pecans warmed by undertones of warm vanilla, maple, and caramel.
Christmas at the Cratchit House. Inspired by Dickens’ beloved classic, A Christmas Carol, this candle is a festive blend of all things merry and bright - cranberry, Valencia orange, apple, cinnamon, clove, ginger, allspice, and hints of mistletoe berry.
